15 Months

Happy 15 Months Giovanni! Daddy had the evening off and I suggested Kemah boardwalk for dinner. Gio babbled the whole way there as he pointed out every car on the highway. There are so many restaurants to choose from but we decided that the Aquarium is the most kid friendly one, especially with all the fish. Gio was mesmerized the minute we walked in. He climbed out of his stroller and acted as if he owned the place. He walked up and down following the fish from one end to the other. I think one of the fish was following him to be honest. We had a table right next to the aqaurium and were pretty much to ourselves. So hubby and I enjoyed some of our dinner as Gio watched the fish. It was getting late and as we headed home lil man fell asleep. A great evening with my boys.

What are you up to these days?
-Babbling "vroom, vrooom, boom, boom, choo, choo" and most recently "Goal" as he kicks his foot to one of his balls.
-Fascinated by cars and daddy's footballs
-Walking everywhere and increasing his speed....Today I was "Running" after you and you heard me and took off in the opposite direction, hilarious but dangerous because you take off with out looking.
-Bestfriends with Louie, yall buttheads alot and your patting is more like a slap at times, we are working on that, but Louie loves you regardless
-communicating more by sign language when u choose to
-Climbing in and out of bed.....today you snuck away from the grandma's and abuela came looking for you, but no sound was made, she started freaking out when she found in bed hiding behind a pillow in the corner...sneaky like your daddy.
-No matter how much fun you are having while playing, if a book comes out you drop everything and run to the books
-Either you read to yourself or make sure daddy or mommy sit and read. If you are being read to before nite nite you must lay your head down on the pillow and if you sit up book closes and once you lay down reading commences
-Clingy very mommyitis lately
-You are growing out of your shoes again and probably a 6.5 or 7 depending on the brand so mommy has to go buy new shoes this week
-Still in 2T, sometimes 18-24 and very seldom in 3T. Size 5 diapers, bought 6 but still too big
-We measured you at 31 inches tall
-Baby fat is slowly disappearing but your legs and arms are so long.
-Fighting your 11 am nap, but def need your 2pm nap
-Outdoor play is a must everyday, and you walk to the door if its open!
-Nursing is still going strong, but not as often, pretty much in morning and night and then maybe 1-2 during the day.
